Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Shipping time and cost

Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders. Standard transit normally takes 4 to 6 business days after processing, for an estimated total delivery time of 5 to 8 business days. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Any available expedited or non-U.S. options, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Review your shipping address before ordering. Contact support@allaunun.it.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delays, loss, and delivery issues

Weather, carrier interruptions, peak periods, and events outside our control can affect delivery. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by law. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check the delivery location and contact the carrier, then contact us for assistance.
